The Happy List
First off - welcome to all my new followers! It’s a pleasure to have you here. People who have followed me for a while know I have Depression and at times have down times. So I’ve decided to do a Happy List each week to remind myself of things that make me happy. Please feel free to add your own in the comments!
1. The Great British BakeoffI think I love this reality tv show the most because a) it’s British, b) there is less drama, c) there is a great focus on the actual food and d) the hosts are fantastic. If you haven’t been able to watch it, get on that! But don’t watch it when you’re hungry…
2. Vanilla Fudge Bars by HaighsHaighs is a lovely but expensive chocolate store in Adelaide. My mum and I love to visit their factory to get seconds chocolates (i.e. chocolates that don’t meet their strict standards of looks but taste the same!) and whenever I go I get their Vanilla Fudge Bars. They taste like… cookie dough fudge… incredibly sweet. Mmm.
3. Packages in the mailI recently bought a ton of jewelry bits and pieces from America and they finally arrived! There is nothing like opening your mailbox and finding a package.
4, Auction housesI went to my first auction house this weekend and I’m a convert. I didn’t bid on anything but plan to go in the future when I have some money and do just that! eBay in real life!
OK, that’s my list for this week. I hope y’all had a good week, and lets have a fantastic one this week too!
